Solution: 

No. of biscuits in 1 day = 12

No. of days = 6

Therefore, total no. of biscuits he eat in 6 days = 12 × 6

Answer: He ate 72 biscuits in 6 days.


8. In a crate there are 325 eggs. How many eggs are there in 6 such crates?

Solution:

No. of eggs in 1 crate = 325

No. of crates = 6

Therefore, total no. of eggs in 6 crates = 325 × 6

Answer: There will be 1950 eggs in 6 crates.


9. Using the multiplication time’s table of 6, calculate 6 times 0.

Solution:

According to the 6 times tables, 6 times 0 = 6 × 0 = 0 [we know any number multiplied by 0 is 0 itself]

Therefore, 6 times 0 = 0

 

10. There are 15 packets of socks. Each packet has 6 pairs of socks. How many pairs of socks are there in 15 packets?

Solution:

No of pairs of socks in 1 packet = 6

No of packets = 15

Therefore, total no. of pairs of socks in 15 packets = 6 × 15 = 90

Answer: There are 90 pairs of socks in 15 packets.

11. One bucket of water can fill 18 glasses. How many glasses can be filled from 6 such buckets?

Solution:

No of glasses can be filled from 1 bucket = 18

No of buckets = 6

Therefore, total no. of glasses can be filled from 6 buckets = 6 × 18 = 108

Answer: There will be 108 glasses filled from 6 buckets.
