Find The Rule of a Number Pattern

Here we will learn how to find the rule of a number pattern.

Sometimes the set of numbers have something common in them. They follow a pattern or rule.

3     6      9      12      15      18      21      24

In the above number pattern, we have to skip count in three (add 3) to continue the sequence. So, to obtain the next number all you have to do is add 3 to the previous number.

Hence the next number will be 27
