Worksheet on Addition in Meters and Centimeters
Practice the questions given in the worksheet on addition in meters and centimeters (with carrying and without carrying).
Arrange the given lengths in two columns i.e., m and cm. Add them separately as we add ordinary numbers. Here the number of centimeters is read as two digit numbers only.
I. Add the following without carrying (m and cm):

(iii) 38 m 26 cm + 21 m 12 cm
(iv) 12 m 26 cm + 13 m 21 cm

(vi) 24 m 22 cm + 15 m 12 cm
(vii) 215 m 25 cm + 112 m 24 cm
(viii) 315 m 36 cm + 212 m 12 cm
II. Add the following with carrying (m and cm):
(i) 38 m 26 cm + 26 m 24 cm
(ii) 42 m 48 cm + 38 m 26 cm
(iii) 56 m 52 cm + 54 m 38 cm
(iv) 26 m 86 cm + 25 m 44 cm
(v) 45 m 72 cm + 26 m 48 cm
(vi) 64 m 17 cm + 53 m 98 cm
(vii) 266 m 25 cm + 65 m 72 cm
(viii) 365 m 38 cm + 225 m 48 cm
