Practice Test on Multiples


Math practice test on multiples will help the children to find the multiples of a number, finding common multiples of two or more numbers and also with the help of division to check the multiples. Read the questions carefully on multiples to find the exact answer.


1. Write the multiples of the following numbers till the 4ᵗʰ place:

  (a) 7,   (b) 9,   (c) 11,   (d) 13

2. Write the multiple of 8, 12, 14, 16 till the 6ᵗʰ place. 

3. Write the multiples of 6 till the 8ᵗʰ place – in ascending order and then in descending order. 

4. Write the multiple of 10, 100, 1000 till the 5ᵗʰ place. Can you discover any pattern? 

5. Make a chart of numbers from 1 to 50

Color the multiple of 3 in red.     Find the common multiples of 3 and 9. 

Color the multiple of 9 in green.     Are all multiples of 3 multiples of 9…?



6. Find the next four multiples:

(a) 0, 5, 10 _____, _____, _____, _____.

(b) 0, 10, 20 _____, _____, _____, _____.

Now write the common multiples.
