Worksheet on Area of a Polygon

In math practice worksheet on area of a polygon we will solve how to find the different polygons according to the number of sides it contains.

1. Find the area of a regular hexagon of side:

(i) 8 cm
(ii) 5 cm


2. Find the area of a regular octagon of side:

(i) 4cm
(ii) 10cm


3. Find the area of a regular pentagon whose each side is 6 cm long and the radius of the inscribed circle is 4.1 cm.

4. Find the area of a regular pentagon whose each side is 10 cm long and the radius of whose circumscribed circle is 8.5 cm.

1. (i) 96√3 cm²

(ii) (75√3)/2 cm²


2. (i) 32(1 + √2) cm²
