Subtracting Money

We will discuss here about the different money operations like subtracting money. Bigger amounts of money are subtracted in the same way as we subtract ordinary numbers. We arrange the digits in columns and then find the difference as required.

Find the difference of the following:

We observe that bigger amounts of money are subtracted exactly in the same way as we subtract smaller amounts of money. The placement of digits and decimal points of the numbers should be done in right columns very carefully while finding the difference between each amount.
